Please review these policies before placing an order or submitting a custom request.

Section 02

Returns, Exchanges & Order Terms

Order Acknowledgment

All items are handmade or made to order. Minor variations in color, size, and placement are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects. By placing an order, submitting payment, or authorizing an invoice, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all product details, care instructions, processing timelines, shipping timelines, and store policies. Failure to review this information does not exempt the buyer from these terms.

Returns & Exchanges

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, except as outlined in the Custom Item Defects & Resolution section below.

Eligible Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be considered for return at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item is returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Return request is submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Approved returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

Approved returns must be shipped within 3 business days of return authorization. Items returned outside this window will be refused. Refunds, if approved, are issued only after inspection. Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or odor are not eligible for refund. Exchanges are not offered.

Custom Item Defects & Resolution

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale. However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Defects are limited to production errors such as:

  • Incorrect personalization, name, date, or design not matching the approved order
  • Major print flaws not caused by normal variation
  • Physical damage directly attributable to the production process

All defect claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of Graphink Fusion. If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, repair the item or replace the item.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are not issued for custom items. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered, are not eligible for review.

Production & Color Variations

Product images, mockups, and descriptions are provided as visual references only. Due to differences in materials, printing methods, screen settings, lighting, dye lots, and production processes, minor variations may occur. Such variations are normal and do not constitute grounds for returns, refunds, replacements, or charge disputes.

Orders, Changes & Cancellations

Orders are considered final once submitted or payment is authorized. Because many items are custom, personalized, or produced immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed for any reason once placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing time refers to the time required to produce your item. Shipping time refers to carrier transit after shipment. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer. Graphink Fusion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after delivery confirmation. Delivery disputes must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

Policy Acceptance

By completing a purchase, submitting payment, or authorizing an invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies stated above. These terms apply to all purchases without exception.

Section 03

Creative Design Services Policy

Service Scope

Graphink Fusion provides custom creative design services for various products for individuals and small businesses. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Business card and print material design or redesign
  • Sticker, label, and packaging design
  • Layout refinement and production-ready file preparation
  • Minor visual brand refreshes
  • Banner design

All creative projects require a defined scope prior to work beginning.

Design Fees & Billing

Creative services are billed using one of the following methods, based on project scope:

  • Flat-rate pricing at $75 per hour, with a one (1) hour minimum
  • Flat-rate pricing includes a specified amount of design time and revisions
  • Any requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed at an hourly rate

Revisions & Scope Changes

Up to two (2) revision rounds are included unless otherwise specified in writing. Additional revisions, concept changes, or new creative direction are billed at $75 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments.

Significant changes after client approval may require a revised time estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to the release of final design files. For multi-step or extended projects, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins.

Invoices not paid within agreed terms may delay project completion.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final approved design for its intended purpose. Graphink Fusion retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Non-Refundable Creative Time

Due to the custom nature of creative services, design fees are non-refundable once work has begun, regardless of project completion status or client cancellation.

Section 04

Design Licensing & Usage Rights

All custom artwork created by Graphink Fusion remains the intellectual property of Graphink Fusion unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use approved designs only for the purpose outlined in their approved proof and selected licensing tier.

Unless an expanded license is purchased, artwork may not be:

  • Reproduced on additional products
  • Printed through third-party vendors
  • Used for branding, logos, packaging, or marketing
  • Modified, resold, or distributed

Editable source files, vector files, and print-ready CMYK files are not included unless explicitly quoted. Unauthorized use may result in additional licensing fees or revocation of usage rights.
