Frequently asked questions
Before You Order
Product photos and digital mockups are visual references only. Items are produced using various materials and printing methods, so minor variations may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
Processing time is the time it takes us to make the items in your order. Shipping time is carrier transit time after your order ships from us. Shipping time varies by carrier and is out of our control.
Processing & Shipping
While we aim to ship as quickly as possible, most orders ship within 3–10 business days, depending on the item. This does not include weekends, holidays, or transit time. Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships that will include a tracking number. Don't see it yet? Be sure to check your spam folder or contact us for further assistance.
This indicates the shipping label has been created, but the package has not yet been scanned by USPS. Check back for further updates once USPS scans the package into their system.
Delivery Issues
Please check around your home, with household members, and with nearby neighbors. If it is still missing, please contact USPS or UPS directly. Once it is marked delivered, the carrier must assist further.
Tracking updates may be delayed. This can mean the label was created but not scanned yet, or the carrier has not processed the scan. This is common and usually resolves once the package enters transit.
Shipping insurance depends on the option selected at checkout. First Class Shipping does not have insurance. Priority Shipping includes up to $50 insurance. Insurance claims must be filed directly with USPS.
Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed and all sales are final. Due to personalization, many items are custom made to order and cannot be resold.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and packaging requirements.
Sorry, discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been checked out.
Address changes are only possible before a shipping label is purchased. Please email me right away with your order number.
Care Instructions
DTF creates vibrant, durable prints, but proper care helps extend the life of decorated apparel.
- Wash before heavy wear when possible, especially for event apparel or garments worn for extended periods.
- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash in cold water with mild detergent and similar colors.
- Use a gentle or normal cycle and avoid overloading the washer.
- Do not use bleach, fabric softener, long soak cycles, dry cleaning unless the garment allows it, or stain sprays directly on the artwork.
- Hang dry when possible. If machine drying, use low heat only, remove promptly, and avoid repeated high-heat dryer cycles.
- Do not iron directly on printed areas. If needed, turn inside out, use low heat, and avoid steam directly on artwork.
High heat is one of the fastest ways to shorten the lifespan of decorated apparel and may lead to premature cracking, adhesive fatigue, shrinking, or changes in appearance over time.
Sublimation becomes part of the material rather than sitting on top, so cracking and peeling are not expected under normal use. Care still helps preserve brightness and longevity.
- Machine wash cold, inside out when possible.
- Use mild detergent and wash with similar colors.
- Normal or gentle cycle is recommended.
- Avoid bleach, harsh stain removers on decorated areas, excessive fabric softener, and high-heat wash cycles.
- Tumble dry low, remove promptly, or hang dry for longest life.
- Iron inside out on low heat if needed and avoid prolonged direct heat exposure.
Graphink Fusion tea towels are selected for durability, print quality, and everyday usability. Sublimation bonds into compatible fibers, so image quality holds up well with proper care.
- Machine wash cold with mild detergent.
- Normal wash cycle is acceptable.
- Wash with similar items, especially after heavy kitchen use.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry for longest color life.
- Avoid bleach, excessive fabric softener buildup, and repeated high-heat drying cycles.
Kitchen staining, oils, and normal use may naturally affect towels over time.
Sublimated drinkware is generally durable because the artwork becomes integrated into the coated surface. Hand washing is still the best choice for the longest life.
- Hand wash with mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth whenever possible.
- If the item is marked dishwasher safe, use the top rack only.
- Avoid sanitize cycles, prolonged high-heat settings, abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, long soaking, and sudden temperature extremes.
- For sublimated Libbey glasses, hand washing is preferred. Top-rack dishwasher use may be acceptable only where noted.
UVDTF decoration sits on the surface and requires different care than sublimation. Heat can soften adhesives and impact longevity, so extra care is important.
- Hand wash only using cool to lukewarm water.
- Use mild dish soap and a soft sponge or cloth.
- Dry immediately after washing.
- Never put UVDTF drinkware in the dishwasher, microwave decorated items, use sanitize cycles, soak for extended periods, use abrasive tools, or expose the decoration to excessive heat.
Heat exposure may contribute to lifting, distortion, adhesive failure, or shortened decoration life.
Bamboo lids should always be hand washed only, regardless of the drinkware decoration method.
- Wash immediately after use.
- Dry completely before storing.
- Allow airflow before sealing.
- Do not put bamboo lids in the dishwasher, leave them submerged, or store them wet.
Because bamboo is a natural material, prolonged moisture exposure may cause swelling, cracking, odor retention, or reduced lifespan.

Additional photos or return of the product may be requested for inspection. Approved claims may be resolved through repair, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution at Graphink Fusion's discretion.
Our team works closely with our materials and production methods, so warranty review may include questions about washing, drying, heat exposure, and product use.
- Improper care or failure to follow care instructions.
- Excessive heat exposure, including repeated high-heat dryer cycles.
- Dishwasher use on UVDTF products.
- Prolonged soaking or storing bamboo lids while wet.
- Normal wear, alterations, misuse, or customer-supplied artwork limitations.
